• (b) To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems;

3. Third-Party AI Services and Data Processing

3.1 Use of OpenAI Services

BizGyde utilizes OpenAI's API to power various AI-driven features, including Starting Questions Generation, File Summarization, Module Research, Module Chat, and Report/Pitch Deck Generation. When you use these features, your input data is transmitted to OpenAI for processing in accordance with their privacy policy.

3.2 Data Not Used for Model Training

IMPORTANT: Your business data, project information, and uploaded documents sent to third-party AI services are NOT used to train AI models. OpenAI and other AI service providers we work with have committed to not using customer data submitted via their APIs for model training purposes.

3.3 Data Retention by Third Parties

Third-party AI service providers may temporarily retain your data for a limited period (typically 30 days) for trust and safety purposes. After this period, your data is deleted from their systems.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where We Store Your Data

All research data, project information, and user-generated content are securely stored on our servers using industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement SSL/TLS encryption, at-rest encryption, regular security audits, and strict access controls to maintain the safety of your information.

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Sharing occurs only with trusted service providers, AI processing partners, within the AIGyde Ecosystem for mentorship purposes, or for legal requirements/business transfers.

6. AIGyde Ecosystem Membership and Founder Sessions

As a BizGyde user, you are automatically enrolled in the AIGyde Ecosystem. AIGyde founders will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you upon request to protect the confidentiality of your business information during mentorship sessions.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential, performance, functional, and marketing cookies to enhance your experience. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your Privacy Rights
