3. AIGyde Ecosystem Membership

3.1 Mentee Status

By registering for BizGyde, you automatically become a mentee of the AIGyde Ecosystem. This entitles you to personalized support, access to exclusive mentorship sessions, participation in community events, and ongoing assistance with business development.

3.2 Support and Assistance

We will make reasonable efforts to provide guidance, resources, and connections that may benefit your venture, though we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

3.3 Founder Sessions and Confidentiality

To protect your business information, AIGyde founders will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you upon request or prior to any detailed business discussions. All proprietary information shared during these sessions will be protected in accordance with the executed NDA.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update any changes.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use BizGyde for any unlawful purpose, including reverse engineering the platform, using unauthorized bots, or circumventing usage limits.
